After I finished the 28 Day challenge, I decided to keep going! I’m happy to say that I’m now officially apart of the East Coast Fitness & Nutrition family! So far I have lost nearly 10lbs, which might not be a big deal to some, but it is for me. I’ve always been on the smaller size, so once Zoey was here I knew that I was ready to take my life back!
I’m so glad to be apart of such an amazing, and inspiring group of women. Thank you Gregory for the awesome experience this far, can’t wait to continue on this lifestyle change!
